What Does God Want in a Leader?

This material is based on the Life for Leaders Study Guide Series by Mark Roberts. It focuses on the reasons God chose Noah to be the leader during the time of the flood. You will walk through the main components of Noah’s leadership qualities, how to incorporate those qualities into your own life, and be given examples and reflection time to delve more deeply into the traits of being a leader.

This is best done with a small group, though it can be used individually and with larger groups.
